Caching servers store data from the source server on the first request. And further data is no longer sent to the source but is processed on the caching node closest to the client.
When using a SCDN, a user from the florida region does not wait for data from the original server but is redirected to the nearest caching server. This way, data processing takes less time and site pages load faster.
